676 Application of particular Acts to board

To remove any doubt, it is declared that the board is a public authority for the purposes of—

(a) the Information Privacy Act 2009 , chapter 3 ; and

(b) the Ombudsman Act 2001 ; and

(c) the Right to Information Act 2009 .
