104 Requirements for valuation notice

A notice of a maintenance valuation must—

(a) be in the approved form; and

(b) state the matters mentioned in section 80 (a) to (f) ; and

(c) if the valuation is not a comparable valuation reduction—state the matters mentioned in section 80 (g) and (h) .
