LAND VALUATION ACT 2010 - SECT 14

14 Declaration on valuer-general’s initiative

The valuer-general may, at any time, declare land to be rural land if—

(a) the valuer-general is satisfied as mentioned in section 13 (2) ; or

(b) the land is non-rural land under section 8 (b) .
