LAND VALUATION ACT 2010 - SECT 162

162 Amendment to valuation sought ends appeal

(1) If an appeal response amendment is made to the valuation, the appeal ends.

(2) If the appeal ends under subsection (1) , section 171 applies even though a hearing has not been held.
