Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe Land Court may—
(a) confirm the valuation appealed against; or
(b) reduce or increase the valuation to the amount it considers necessary to correctly make the valuation under this Act.
Note—The Land Court Act 2000 and the rules under that Act apply for valuation appeals and further appeals to the Land Appeal Court—see sections 5 and 21 of that Act.
