Qualifications for appointment as inspection officer
124 Qualifications for appointment as inspection officer
The CEO may appoint a person as an inspection officer only if the CEO
considers the person has appropriate competencies, or other adequate
experience, to effectively perform an inspection officer’s functions under
this Act.
