MINING AND QUARRYING SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1999 - SECT 171

171 Workers must have access to directives

The site senior executive for a mine must make a copy of a directive given under subdivision 3 or 4 relating to the mine available for inspection by workers at the mine for at least 7 years after the directive is given.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
