MINING AND QUARRYING SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT 1999 - SECT 249E

249E Safety and health project orders

(1) The court may make an order requiring the offender to undertake a stated project for the general improvement of safety and health of persons at mines and persons who may be affected by operations within the period stated in the order.

(2) The order may state conditions that must be complied with in undertaking the project.
