Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsNo purpose trust upon which the showgrounds or any part thereof may be held for the time being pursuant to this Act shall be held to be invalid by reason of—
(a) uncertainty; or
(b) the fact that, where the purpose is non-charitable, the trust may endure for a period longer than that allowed by any rule of law directed against perpetuities.
