Authorised psychiatrist may revoke treatment authority if patient missing
207 Authorised psychiatrist may revoke treatment authority if patient missing
(1) An authorised psychiatrist for an authorised mental health service may
revoke the patient’s treatment authority if the authorised psychiatrist is
satisfied the authorised mental health service has not been able to locate the
patient for a period of at least 6 months.
(2) The administrator of the
authorised mental health service must give written notice of the revocation to
the tribunal within 7 days after the revocation.
