Consent to electroconvulsive therapy
820 Consent to electroconvulsive therapy
(1) This section applies if,
immediately before the commencement, a patient had given informed consent to
electroconvulsive therapy under the repealed Act, section 139.
(2) The
consent is taken to have been given under the new Act, chapter 7, part 10.
