The
"buyback amount" for the eligible home is the amount of the resale value of
the eligible home under the latest of the following to happen—
(a) the agreement by the parties of the resale value of the eligible home under section 62J (1) , 62K (2) or 62L (2) ;
(b) the valuation of the resale value of the eligible home by a registered valuer appointed under section 62J (2) , 62K (3) , 62L (3) or 62M (5) .Note—See division 8 in relation to how a valuer appointed under this division is to conduct a valuation of the resale value of the eligible home.
