Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsNo act, omission, thing or decision done or made by the Minister, the chief executive, the Land Court, the tribunal, an authorised officer or anyone else acting under the authority of any of those persons as provided by this Act—
(a) for the purpose of giving effect to any provision of this Act; or
(b) purporting to be for the purpose of giving effect to any provision of this Act and done or made in good faith and without negligence;shall render the Crown, the Minister, the chief executive, the Land Court, the tribunal, the authorised officer or other person liable at the suit of any person.
