Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsWhere a provision of this Act relating to an application that may be made under this Act provides for a request that may be made to the applicant to supply any further information, the failure to supply the information within the time provided therefor shall be deemed to be a failure to comply with the requirements of this Act that apply in respect of the application.
