MINERAL RESOURCES ACT 1989 - SECT 66

66 Who may attend conference

(1) Apart from the chief executive, anyone given notice of a conference about an application for a mining claim or a mining claim (a
"section 65 conference" ) may attend and take part in the conference.

(2) Also, with the chief executive’s approval, someone else may be present to help a person attending the conference.

(3) However, a person may not be represented at the conference by a lawyer.
