MINERAL RESOURCES ACT 1989 - SECT 743
No compensation
743 No compensation
(1) No amount, whether by way of compensation,
reimbursement or otherwise is payable by the State to any person for or in
connection with the enactment or operation of this subdivision.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies despite any provision of a special agreement Act and
despite any other Act or law.
