Existing applications to vary conditions of exploration permit
853 Existing applications to vary conditions of exploration permit
(1) This
section applies to an application under former section 141C for a variation of
the conditions of an exploration permit made, but not decided, before the
commencement.
(2) Former section 141C continues to apply in relation to the
application, as if new section 141C had not commenced.
(3) However, if the
application is related to a reduction in the area of the permit, the
application is taken to be withdrawn and section 857 applies in relation to
the permit.
