NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1992 - SECT 108
Compensation
108 Compensation
(1) A landholder of land subject to an interim conservation order is entitled
to be paid by the State such reasonable compensation because of the making of
the order as is agreed between the State and the landholder or, failing
agreement, as is determined by the Land Court.
(2) A claim for compensation
must— (a) be made in a form approved by the chief executive; and
(b) be
made to the chief executive within 6 months after the making of the order or
the longer period the chief executive or the Land Court in special
circumstances allows.
