35 Rules relating to MCE or Ministers of participating jurisdictions require
MCE consent
The AEMC must not, without the consent of the MCE, make a Rule that confers a
right or function, or imposes an obligation, on the MCE or a Minister of a
participating jurisdiction.
Note— The term “function” is defined in
clause 10 of Schedule 2 to this Law to include “duty”.
