Extension of reading-down provision
10 Extension of reading-down provision
(1) Section 320 of the National Energy Retail Law (Queensland) has effect in
relation to the operation of any provision of this Act as if the provision
formed part of that Law.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the effect that a
provision of this Act would validly have apart from the subsection.
