Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA scheme pipeline service provider must submit to the AER, for approval by the AER under the Rules, an access arrangement or revisions to an applicable access arrangement, in relation to the pipeline services the service provider provides or intends to provide—
(a) in the circumstances specified by the Rules; and
(b) within the period of time specified by the Rules.
