Tribunal must be taken to have affirmed decision if decision not made within time
266 Tribunal must be taken to have affirmed decision if decision not made
within time
(1) This section applies if the Tribunal does not make a determination under
section 265 within 20 business days after an application is lodged under
section 263 .
(2) The Tribunal must be taken to have made a determination
under section 265 affirming the information disclosure decision to which the
application relates.
