AEMC may hold public hearings before draft Rule determination
307 AEMC may hold public hearings before draft Rule determination
(1) The AEMC may (but need not), at any time after publication of a notice
under section 303 and before making a draft Rule determination, hold a hearing
in relation to any proposed Rule.
(2) Notice of a hearing held under this
section must— (a) be published; and
(b) contain the information prescribed
by the Regulations (if any).
