NATIONAL GAS (QUEENSLAND) LAW - SECT 33
Identity cards
33 Identity cards
(1) The AER must issue an identity card to an authorised person.
(2) The
identity card must contain the name, a recent photograph and the signature of
the authorised person.
(3) An authorised person must carry the identity card
at all times when exercising powers or performing functions as an authorised
person.
(4) An authorised person must produce his or her identity card for
inspection— (a) before exercising a power as an authorised person; or
(b)
at any time during the exercise of a power as an authorised person, if asked
to do so.
