NATIONAL GAS (QUEENSLAND) LAW - SECT 5
Meaning of prospective user
(1) A prospective user is a person who seeks or wishes to be provided with a
pipeline service by means of a pipeline.
(2) To avoid doubt, a user is also a
prospective user if the user seeks or wishes to be provided with a
pipeline service by means of a pipeline other than a pipeline service already
provided to them under— (a) a contract; or
(b) an access determination.
