Person cannot rely on duty of confidence to avoid compliance with regulatory information instrument
61 Person cannot rely on duty of confidence to avoid compliance with
regulatory information instrument
(1) A person must not refuse to comply with a regulatory information
instrument on the ground of any duty of confidence.
(2) A person incurs, by
complying with a regulatory information instrument, no liability for breach of
contract, breach of confidence or any other civil wrong.
