NATIONAL GAS (QUEENSLAND) LAW - SECT 85
Fees
85 Fees
(1) The AEMC may charge a fee specified, or a fee calculated in accordance
with a formula or methodology specified, in the Regulations for services
provided by it in performing or exercising any of its functions or powers
under this Law, the Regulations or the Rules.
(2) The fee must not be such as
to amount to taxation.
