NATIVE TITLE (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1993 - SECT 15
Compensation
15 Compensation
(1) Under the Commonwealth Native Title Act, native title holders are, subject
to that Act, entitled to compensation because of the validation by this Act of
past acts and intermediate period acts attributable to the State.
(2) The
compensation is payable by the State.
