11 Definitions for part

In this part—

"administer" includes—

(a) in relation to an oath or affirmation—take, receive and swear; and

(b) in relation to a declaration—take and receive.

(a) witness the signing of the document; and

(b) for an affidavit—administer an oath or affirmation for the affidavit; and

(c) for a declaration—administer the declaration.
