Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later development plan
74R Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later
development plan
(1) If a lessee does not comply with a requirement under
section 74Q (5) (a) , the lease is cancelled.
(2) However, the cancellation
does not take effect until the holder is given a notice stating that the lease
has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1) .
