PETROLEUM ACT 1923 - SECT 75
Obligation to survey if Minister requires
75 Obligation to survey if Minister requires
(1) The Minister may, by notice
to the holder, require the holder to survey or re-survey the area of the
tenure within a stated reasonable period.
(2) The holder must cause the
survey or re-survey to be carried out by a person registered as a cadastral
surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003 .
(3) The holder must pay any costs
incurred in complying with the notice.
