Compliance with obligations under Mineral Resources Act
76S Compliance with obligations under Mineral Resources Act
If an obligation
under the Mineral Resources Act , section 318AW or 318DB , applies to an
authority to prospect holder, it is a condition of the authority that the
holder must comply with the obligation.
