PETROLEUM ACT 1923 - SECT 77P

77P Cessation of relinquishment condition for area not overlapping with coal or oil shale exploration tenement

If—

(a) a lease contains a relinquishment condition; and

(b) all or part of the area of the lease ceases to be in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement (the
"relevant land" );
