PROSTITUTION ACT 1999 - SECT 108H
Budget
108H Budget
(1) For each financial year, the Authority must develop, adopt and give to the
Minister a budget by the day the Minister directs.
(2) A budget has no effect
until approved by the Minister.
(3) During a financial year the Authority may
develop, adopt and submit to the Minister amendments to its budget.
(4) An
amendment has no effect until approved by the Minister.
