124 Payments into fund

(1) The fund consists of the following—

(a) fees paid under this Act;

(b) amounts payable under section 29 (2) (e) or 55 (2) (e) ;

(c) other amounts received by the Authority under this Act.

(2) If the Authority receives an amount mentioned in subsection (1) , the Authority must pay the amount into the fund.
