Destruction of identifying particulars etc.
136 Destruction of identifying particulars etc.
(1) The commissioner must ensure that any identifying particulars obtained by
the Authority or a member of the police service under this Act and referred to
the commissioner, and any record, copy or photograph of them, are destroyed as
soon as the commissioner has no further use for them.
(2) The commissioner is
taken to have no further use for identifying particulars obtained in
connection with an application for a licence or a certificate when the
application is refused.
