PROSTITUTION ACT 1999 - SECT 141
Review of Act
141 Review of Act
(1) The Crime and Corruption Commission must, as soon as practicable after the
end of 3 years after the commencement of the Prostitution Amendment Act 2006 ,
section 34 , review the effectiveness of this Act and give a report on the
review under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 .
(2) The conduct of the
review and the preparation of the report is taken to be a function of the
commission for the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 .
(3) In the course of
preparing the report, the commission must consult with the Minister and the
Authority.
(4) The Crime and Corruption Commission must give a copy of the
report to the Speaker for tabling in the Legislative Assembly.
