Extended criminal history checks—executive director
162 Extended criminal history checks—executive director
(1) This section applies to the executive director as at the commencement of
this section.
(2) Sections 110KA and 110KD apply in relation to the executive
director.
(3) Sections 110KB and 110KC apply to the executive director.
