Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person must not do any of the following acts, either directly or indirectly, to make another person continue to provide prostitution—
(a) cause or threaten wilful injury to the person or any one else;
(b) cause or threaten wilful damage to property of the person or any one else;
(c) intimidate or harass the person or any one else;
(d) make a false representation or use any false pretence or other fraudulent means.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 7 years imprisonment.
