PEACE AND GOOD BEHAVIOUR ACT 1982 - SECT 64

64 Application of division

This division applies if—

(a) a fortification removal order has taken effect; and

(b) the period within which to file an appeal about the order has ended and—

(i) no appeal about the order has been filed; or

(ii) any appeal about the order has been withdrawn or dismissed; and

(c) the order has not been complied with.
