PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 161ZH

161ZH Restrictions

(1) This section applies to information given by a person in compliance with a condition of a control order, or registered corresponding control order, that requires the person to give stated information.

(2) The information is not admissible as evidence against the person in a proceeding other than—

(a) a proceeding against the person for an offence against section 161ZI ; or

(b) a proceeding in which the person has adduced the information.

(3) In this section—

"information" includes a document.
