PENALTIES AND SENTENCES ACT 1992 - SECT 203

203 Term of appointment

(1) A member of the council holds office for the term, not longer than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.

(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent a member from being reappointed.
