Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSection 15A, as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 , applies to the sentencing of an offender for an offence whether the proceeding for the offence was started before, on or after the commencement of this section.
