Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsSection 187, as amended by the Serious and Organised Crime Legislation Amendment Act 2016 , applies to the sentencing of an offender for an offence after the commencement whether the proceeding for the offence was started before or after the commencement.
