PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 12
When Act administered only by the State
12 When Act administered only by the State
(1) This Act is to be administered and enforced by the State and not by local
governments for— (a) State public health risks; and
(b) a regulation made
under section 61 that states that the regulation is to be administered and
enforced by the State only.
(2) This section is subject to section 14 .
