PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 178
Disclosure to a person to help prevent or minimise transmission of a contagious condition
178 Disclosure to a person to help prevent or minimise transmission of a
contagious condition
Section 175 (1) does not apply if the disclosure of the confidential
information by a relevant person is to a person to enable the person to help
prevent or minimise the transmission of a contagious condition.
