PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 228S
Arrangements about transfer of information
228S Arrangements about transfer of information
(1) The chief executive may arrange for the transfer of information in the
collection for inclusion in the Perinatal Statistics Collection.
(2) A person
does not commit an offence against section 228I (1) merely because the person
does something under the arrangement.
