PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 279AH
Relevant chief executives to notify
279AH Relevant chief executives to notify
(1) This section applies if a relevant chief executive, or relevant employee,
has been given information about a notifiable dust lung disease.
(2) If
requested by the chief executive, the relevant chief executive must give the
information to the chief executive.
