PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2005 - SECT 29
Application may be dealt with in proceeding for offence
29 Application may be dealt with in proceeding for offence
(1) This section applies if a person to whom an application for an enforcement
order relates is being prosecuted for an offence against section 23 (4) .
(2)
The application may be dealt with in the prosecution proceedings.
