305 Notice to witness

(1) The chairperson of the panel of inquiry may, by notice given to a person (a
"witness requirement notice" ), require the person to attend the inquiry at a stated time and place to give evidence or produce stated documents or things.

(2) A person required to appear as a witness before the panel is entitled to the witness fees prescribed under a regulation or, if no witness fees are prescribed, the reasonable witness fees decided by the chairperson.
